Nevada Community Action Association (NCA) exists to support Community Action Agencies and CSBG Eligible Entities that combat poverty across Nevada and serves as the state-wide expert on poverty related issues facing Nevadans. We provide training and technical assistance to better equip agencies across the state as they battle the complex issues impacting Nevadan’s quality of life.
